PLEASE NOTE: We are looking forward to having you as our guests. We take the current situation very seriously and our cleaning teams are doing everything they can to clean and sanitize the cabin according to CDC's guidelines before every new guest check-in. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on VRBO’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:
- I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

The neighborhood is a very nice and quiet area. Quiet time is between 10pm-7am so please no loud music or parties between these hours since neighbors are resting. Also, this is a nonsmoking cabin so please make your party aware that no smoking is allowed in or around the cabin. Thank you!

***HOUSE MANUAL***
1. No smoking is allowed inside the property. An additional fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside the premises.

2. No dogs/animals are allowed inside the property.

3. Check out is at 10am or earlier. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may be charged for a late check out OR if excessive cleaning is needed.

4. Please make sure the dishwasher is loaded with all dishes and started prior to departing.

5. Please leave all damp or dirty towels in the bathtub.

6. Please take out ALL garbage to the trash bins located outside prior to check out.

7. Make sure the cover is in place over hot tub while not in use and before check out.

8. The thermostat is located in the hallway on the main level. Please DO NOT set the temperature lower than 68 degrees because the unit may freeze up and stop working.

9. We recommend not leaving doors and windows open in order to avoid bees, wasps and other critters from entering the cabin.

10. Please clean the grill after use for the next guests.

11. Please return all furnishings to their original locations prior to departing. This includes cables connected to all TV's for anyone bringing a gaming console of their own.

12. Make sure to close & latch all windows and securely lock all doors before departing.

13. Check the unit thoroughly before leaving for any personal items. We will make every attempt to locate any lost items but we will not be responsible for any items left behind.

***House Rules for Service Animal/Emotional Support Animal (MUST INFORM HOST BEFORE CHECK-IN!)***

• Guests are allowed to be accompanied by a service animal/emotional support animal during a stay and will not be charged a pet fee.
• Host is only allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal (may be asked before booking or during a guest’s stay):
  • • Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
    • What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
    • If these questions cannot be answered then a pet fee of $500 will be charged.
• A guest’s service animal must not be:
  • • Out of control
    • Unhousebroken
    • Left alone at the listing without prior approval
    • Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
    • Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control
    • If it’s noticed that a guest has a pet on the premises that is not a service animal/emotional support animal, is out of control, unhousebroken, left alone at the property without permission, or cause any damage to the property then a pet fee of $500 will be charged or reservation may be cancelled.
